Kem-Tron Tango 500 Mud Recycling System

Kem-Tron mud recycling system is one of the popular mud system in the world . Many users choose Kem-Tron for solutions , here I will introduce one of Kem-Tron mud recycling system for you .
This unit is capable of achieving a cut point of 25 microns. The TANGO 500T has one (1) dual-deck shaker with a total screen surface area of 56 ft2 with six (6) 5” hydrocyclone desilters. The TANGO 500T carries a total tank volume of 3,100 gallons between two (2) compartments along with three (3) 250-Series centrifugal pumps with a respective horsepower rating of 25hp, 20hp, and 20hp. All the pumps are located in the pump house to protect from the elements.

Firstly , this mud recycling system is a mobile unit which have wheel at one side of this unit for easy moving . Secondly , it’s a combination of recycling mud part and mixing mud part .
