Vacuum degasser

The solid control system also has some horizontal vacuum degasser equipped, its working principle is to use vacuum suction fluid, separated by the thin film after turbulent gas pumped by the vacuum pump. However, this horizontal vacuum degasser need to reprovision a pump spray unit, so that the degassed fluid pumped from the vacuum processing chamber. 


Vacuum Degasser installation

Vacuum Degasser maintenance

(1) Vacuum degasser mud tank cover should be cleaned once a week, in order to avoid clogged gas channel.

(2) After use, the rotor should be washed and vacuum tank suction pipe, cut off the power, remove as the hole blocking plate to check parts for damage, and remove foreign objects inside the tank, rinse the tank wall and the rotor.

(3) After each using, the cleaning work should be carried out to ensure the re-use deaerator with good performance.

(4) Operating ambient temperature higher than 300C, the always see vacuum gauge, when the vacuum is less than 0.3 KPa, the water temperature should be maintained within the vacuum pump does not exceed 450C.

(5) For winter using, to promptly release the gas-water separator and pump the water to prevent cracking.

(6) Every month, available to the spindle bearing grease gun filled with sodium based grease filling volume 200ml.

Liner shaker

Drilling Mud Desander and Desilter


Desanderand Desilter: Desander desilter are made with a hydrocyclone and a cyclone underflow handling and recycling of drilling fluids shale shaker small fine mesh composed. Shale shaker

Shale shaker is the primary & initial device to be used to remove the solids in the drilling fluid, which would be used as the first stage solids control equipment in the purification system, and work as other devices, such as desander,desilter, mud cleaner, centrifuge that all are located downstream of the solids control system. Basicly the complete circulation system also includes gumbo remover, scapler shaker, and dryer shaker. All of these equipment work together with other auxiliary devices, such as mud gun,mud agitator, centrifugal pump, mud hopper, gas bruster, degasser, etc, to remove the drilled-solid that bring to the well surface by the drilling fluid.

















Shale shakers drive by the vibratory motor. Motor imparts vabration force onto the screen basket ( or called screen deck), making the screen moving, so that the drilling fluid liquid phase go through the openning of screen, and drilled solids that bigger than the mesh would be moved to the discharge end of shale shaker. As the development of shale shaker, there exists three different motions of shale shaker:













Linear Motion Shale Shaker -BW
1. Circular motion shale shaker;
2. Linear motion shale shaker;
3. Balanced ellipse shale shaker;
4. Unbalanced ellipse shale shaker.

Linear motion shale shakers are widely used in oil & gas drilling after it was introduced into the petroleum drilling. As we discussed previously that linear motion shale shaker is drived by two counter rotating motor which are installed on the top of screen deck, and keep 45 degree angle with screen basket. But why it is 45 degree angle? why not 30 degree or 60 degree?

As we known that shale shaker processing capacity is effected by the combination of two factors: solid phase limit, and liquid phase limit. If these two vibratory motors is horizontally mounted on the screen deck, the vibration force at top & bottom point of horizontal level would be biggest, so the solids only jump up & down, can not move to the discharge end of shale shaker. While if the two motors is installed with 90 degree, it would be helpful for drilling fluid to flow on the screen, and solids will can not be removed. So to balance solids limit & drilling fluid liquid limit, the two motors are normally kept 45 degree with screen deck, so that the drilled solids would be tilted uphill towards to the discharge end of shale shaker.

Kem-Tron Tango 500 Mud Recycling System

Kem-Tron mud recycling system is one of the popular mud system in the world . Many users choose Kem-Tron for solutions , here I will introduce one of Kem-Tron mud recycling system for you .
This unit is capable of achieving a cut point of 25 microns. The TANGO 500T has one (1) dual-deck shaker with a total screen surface area of 56 ft2 with six (6) 5” hydrocyclone desilters. The TANGO 500T carries a total tank volume of 3,100 gallons between two (2) compartments along with three (3) 250-Series centrifugal pumps with a respective horsepower rating of 25hp, 20hp, and 20hp. All the pumps are located in the pump house to protect from the elements.

Why Galvanizing Treatment Much Better Than The Normal Painting Process?

Brightway apply the galvanizing treatment to the solids control equipment and the solids control system.

What is the difference between the galvanizing treatment and the normal painting process?

There are mainly 3 points,and let's have a look one by one.

1. The anti-rust performance of galvanizing treatment is much better than the normal painting process.

In our daily life, normally the galvanizing treatment is applied for the outdoor tubes or the underground tunnels from the consideration of the anti-rust.

Brightway Vacuum degasser

BW Vacuum degassers work by creating lower pressure inside a vessel so air or other gaseous impurities can be removed from a substance, such as water or even molten steel. The air is siphoned from the vessel after pressure is lowered enough to force the gas from the substance. A high-vacuum process environment is maintained for a variety of product testing and laboratory applications. This allows the user to analyze products or materials under a wide range of conditions and under predetermined atmospheric or environmental parameters. Some of the conditions that can be controlled by vacuum degassers include pressure and humidity, temperature, altitude simulation, electromagnetic radiation, microwave radiation, specific gravity, density and vapor pressure.


Manufacturing issues such as leakage and product integrity can be tested and corrected through the use of vacuum degassers. Other conditions, such as acoustic and gaseous emissions, can be controlled. Some testing processes include total mass loss, total mass flux and helium leak detection.





BWZCQ series vacuum degasser is a special-purpose device for the treatment of gas-cut drilling fluid. Vacuum degasser utilizes vacuum pump suction action, causes negative pressure zone in vacuum tank, under the action of atmospheric pressure, drilling mud through the suction pipe into the hollow shaft of rotor, and then through the window around hollow shaft jilt to the tank wall by spurting.
