Enclosed design is for ZJ-50(1500HP) drilling solids control system with treating capacity about 1500 bbls/h.

This system consists :
2 sets linear motion shale shaker BWZS70-3P,treating capacity about 240m³/h
1 sets Mud cleaner BWZS70-2S16N, 2 pcs  10' desander cones,and 16pcs 4' desilter cones.
1 sets BWZCQ270 Vacuum Degasser 
2 sets Feeding pump for Mud Cleaner,BWSB8x6-13J (55Kw) Centrifugal Pump.
1 sets BWLWF450X1000NVFD Decanting Centrifuge
1 sets Submersible Slurry Pump
4 sets  Mud Tanks ,about 1000bbls
14 sets Mud Agitators
1 sets Double-Jet mud mixing hoppers and mixing pump.
