The problems of Centrifuge

Because the centrifuge is high rotate speed equipment, it should take urgent measure (stop the operation) in case some abnormal phenomenon happens. The solution detail is after the correct understand instruction book, and take the measures accordingly.

Fault 1. The centrifuge vibration is heavy.
Fault cause, 1. The last time solid particle clean is not complete; 2. defective shock absorber
Exclusion methods: 1. Clean the expansion cylinder and conveyor. 2. Replace the shock absorber

Fault 2. The bearing temperature is overhigh ( higher than 75 ℃)
Fault cause, 1. oil lack 2. Bearing wear
Exclusion methods: 1. Greasing. 2. Replace the bearing

Fault 3. Drum does not rotate after the main motor starts
Fault cause, too much solid particles accumulated in the main motor caused overload.
Exclusion methods: Clean the drum solid equipment particles, and adjust the inlet fluid.

Fault 4. Speed differential has abnormal voice
Fault cause 1. Unreasonable choosing of oil amount and oil type. 2. Bearing wear
Exclusion methods, 1. Check the oil mount and its type. 2. Replace the bearing.

Fault 5. Slag discharge mouth has clear plasma discharge
Fault cause: overload mud supply
Exclusion methods: regulate the mud cleaner supply pump
